Small Group Classes

My classes are designed with you in mind!  Limited to 6-9 participants to ensure a safe and personalized experience.  Whether you have been practicing for years, all levels are welcome!  The sessions run for 8 weeks, giving you plenty of time to dive deep into your practice and see real progress.

Class Description

In all classes, we emphasize breathwork and proper alignment. You also have the option to create your own group and choose the style of yoga that best suits your needs.

THERAPEUTIC

This is a slow paced class focusing on reducing tension where you need it most.  These classes are designed to target specific areas to alleviate discomfort, pain and improve body alignment and for those who may have specific limitations.

PILATES

This class will increase strength and tone of the core muscles in your body while practicing mindfulness and body awareness.  We will begin with pelvic floor exercises to strengthen pelvic floor to prevent incontinence.  This is a challenging class that will build strength, stamina while improving posture and flexibility.  

VINYASA
FLOW

This is a lively, energetic and creative class.  Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.

YIN + MEDITATION

A great class for those who need permission to slow down.  On a mental and emotional level, the practice allows you to drop down into the parasympathetic nervous system and to nourish and heal the body/mind deeply.  On a physical level it targets the deep connective tissues only lengthened through long held postures. (Postures held for up to 5 minutes)  It teaches you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts promoting resilience.  Ending with a guided meditation to promote emotional health.

GENTLE
FLOW

This class allows beginners to learn the poses, how to move and breathe.  It is a breath-based, mindful movement practice that brings us home to our body, breath, and mind, in the present moment. Think meditation in motion; a mindful flow that invites us to practice slowing down and moving with more awareness, balance, and grace

RESTORATIVE +MEDITATION

This class brings a sense of calm.  Do you suffer from anxiety, stress or chronic pain?  This class will use very simple postures, breathwork and meditation to encourage physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
