After our session, I'll make any necessary adjustments to your program and email you your personalized yoga plan, so you can continue your journey to wellness with confidence.

Do I need any experience?

Nope! You don't need any strength, flexibility or yoga experience to benefit from a therapeutic yoga session, just the willingness to improve your pain!

Do I need to bring anything?

I have everything you need for our yoga session! Make sure to bring some water, though.

What should I wear? 

Special yoga attire isn't needed. I recommend wearing anything comfortable!

How many sessions will I need? 

This depends on your specific needs and conditions. I can offer an idea for you when we set up your session.
