YOGA & PILATES TEACHER
With 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, I've gained experience and knowledge to help you address a variety of issues, whether it's tension headaches, back pain, or other muscular dysfunctions. I've got you covered!

Now, I blend my expertise from massage therapy with my passion for yoga & Pilates to create personalized program for you based on your body's specific needs privately. Or join one of my small group classes and you will receive personal instruction based on your needs.

I believe that a regular yoga and/or Pilates practice promotes physical awareness and mental wellness, which transfers into mindfulness, and positivity in all aspects of life. I have completed over 800 hours in Yoga Teacher Trainings, and continue to learn and grow in this ancient practice. I traveled to India for two months to deepen my knowledge in various yoga styles and to immerse myself in the rich culture where yoga originated.

Over two years ago after being diagnosed with a serious neck condition I began my Pilates journey. I felt significant benefits after a couple of months which lead me to get certified in Pilates. This functional form of exercise has been life changing for myself and my clients.

Whether you need to realign your body or find some inner peace, I've got the expertise to guide you in the direction to achieve a heathier version of yourself!
